Lady Virginia Logan, a native of Harlem, NYC, is the youngest of five daughters born to the late Matthew and Bertha Coleman. Lady Logan earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Fairleigh Dickinson University with a concentration in Marketing. She also earned an opportunity to participate in the UBS Fellowship Program for Professional Women held at the Wharton School of Business on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of the Construction Management Program of the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Lady Logan has over twenty five years of professional experience in technical fields of software implementation, marketing and sales in the Information Technology industry as well as project/program/construction management. She has also served as an adjunct professor at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Monroe College and Bronx Community College. She has also served in the ACE Mentor Program where she worked with faculty, students and other mentors to expose high school students to careers in Architecture, Construction and Engineering. She is a passionate advocate for excellence in education as evidenced in her motto of “Ever Living, Ever Learning”.

Lady Logan values her education and professional experience, but what she values first and foremost is her personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As a child growing up in the Convent Avenue Baptist Church in Harlem, she was active in Sunday School, the Baptist Youth Fellowship, the Youth Usher Board and Youth Choir. As a college graduate, she assumed responsibilities as a youth leader and became active in the Women’s Ministry. She presided over the Marriage Ministry at Convent where she co-chaired the Marriage and Singles Relationship Conference for 6 years, participated in pre-marital and marital counseling and coordinated weddings. She is a Sunday School teacher and leads workshops and bible studies as requested. She continues to use and develop her spiritual gifts in various capacities wherever and whenever God opens a door of opportunity.

Lady Logan’s gifts of administration, teaching, edification, discernment and leadership are exercised in ministry alongside her husband, Pastor James B. Logan. Her burden for salvation, spiritual maturity, authenticity, healthy relationships, integrity and truth are the six “cylinders” that drive the “engine” of her ministry.

Lady Logan rejoices in God’s grace for the witness of a committed and fulfilling marriage to Pastor Logan of almost 27 years and, through this witness, endeavors to reflect the relationship of Jesus Christ and His Church. Her first ministry is to her family. She is the proud and blessed mother of two lovely young ladies, one a college student and the other a high school student, to whom she prays to leave a legacy of faith in both word and deed.

Lady Logan prays for grace, wisdom and strength to do the work God has called her and Pastor Logan to in the Bridgeport community and is confident of this very thing, that He which hath begun a good work will perform it… The Best is Yet to Come!
